Shipping/Delivery
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business day(s). Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day).
Chloe&Caleb items are made to order and will be shipped within 4-5 business days on FedEx, UPS or USPS. Backorder items will be notified to you the customer and can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us directly at Contact Chloe&Caleb including Canada and US Virgin Islands. International customers are fully responsible for all customs and duties as a result of their order and shipment.
Chloe & Caleb is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Shipping tracking number is provided with order confirmation. You may submit and request for a claim number with the shipping company.
Return Policy
If you find yourself unhappy with the purchase you’ve made, we will be glad to give you an exchange or refund within 14 days of package receipt.
Acceptable returns/exchanges are items that have not been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.
Chloe & Caleb will gladly replace manufactured defect products with a copy of purchase order/receipt. Email us at Contact Chloe&Caleb before sending back your merchandise for confirmation number. After you have received your confirmation number, send back the merchandise with your original invoice.
Your approved return/exchange will not be processed until we have received your original order.
